THELMOCO customers and their immediate family and two friends, are provided with our dedicated 24 Hour Helpline to support and assist in the unfortunate event of a road traffic accident. With just one phone call, our award winning Accident Management Service (Legal Club Membership), will professionally care for every aspect of your claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the minimum disruption.
The THELMOCO aftercare service provides you with specialist legal help to recover your uninsured losses in the event of non-fault accidents.
Gather as much ‘on the spot’ information as possible.
Ask the other driver(s) involved for their name(s) and address(es) and make a note of the bike registration number.
Ask for the name of their insurer and if possible, police number.
Try to obtain the names and addresses of any witnesses.
If you or your passengers are injured as a result of the accident, you are obliged to inform the police.
