The THELMOCO aftercare service provides you with specialist legal help to recover your uninsured losses in the event of non-fault accidents.
Gather as much ‘on the spot’ information as possible.
Ask the other driver(s) involved for their name(s) and address(es) and make a note of the bike registration number.
Ask for the name of their insurer and if possible, police number.
Try to obtain the names and addresses of any witnesses.
If you or your passengers are injured as a result of the accident, you are obliged to inform the police.
Immediately contact us on 0333 009 0542 for assistance. We recommend storing this number in your phone so you have it to hand if required.
