With its classic styling, the Ultra 5000 is a scooter that won’t disappoint. This electric scooter comes fully loaded with a class beating security pack which includes a piercing alarm, steering lock and motor immobiliser. The bike is also data tagged free of charge so that in the event of theft the police can quickly return it to you.
The Ultra 5000 electric scooter is practically maintenance free needing only a quick check of the brakes and tyres every 3000 miles. It is cheap to run – costing only about 30p for a full charge and of course because it is electric it is free of tax and can usually enter emission zones free of charge.
If you’re thinking about how you can contribute to net zero, the Ultra 5000 really is a good contender.
The Ultra 5000 battery is under the seat, so if you need to carry anything with you, or need a place to store your helmet, a rear rack and top box is a good choice.
Your new 125cc Electric Scooter will be supplied standard with an 8-amp charger topping the battery up to 80% from an ordinary domestic socket in about 3.5 hours and fully charged within 5 hours. Alternatively, choose to upgrade to the optional 13 amp charger which takes just 2 hours to 80% and fully charges the battery in about 3 hours.

I commuted on a Piaggio 50cc moped 20 years ago to Canary Wharf from SW11, so when I recently changed jobs where the commute is longer than a Thames Clipper boat and a walk, I decided to buy a moped again.
This time I wanted a 125cc and I wanted to go green and buy an electric one and am glad that I selected the Electric Motorbike Company Ltd! Perry used WhatsApp to show me around the salesroom so I could select my gleaming new, red Ultra moped, I ordered a box because I need to transport various items and under the seat storage is not available, as it houses the battery. My lovely new moped was delivered by Perry from the company, for free, in his van.
I have been commuting now for over a week and have enjoyed the freedom that the moped gives me, it pulls away quickly and is a very smooth ride, efficient to run and many people have asked me where they can buy one. The moped is not too bad to move around when off, bit heavy for me at the age of 50 but I will build up my arm muscles! The company helped me with recommendations on insurance and when large quotes were given to me and I informed them of this, the company called the insurance company to find out what was going on, excellent service!
